This landscape is characterized by its beautiful light color, in contrast with the water and the lushness of the pines. A relaxing look at the horizon and full of adventure around, invites you to enjoy your best vacation in the best company.<\/p>\n<p>While it is true that the beach is crowded in summer, one of the characteristics of Cala Mitjana is its wide sandy area, as well as its wide bathing area. To get by car to Cala Mitjana in Minorca you must go to the well known Cala Galdana, from Ferreries. It is not necessary to access the town, whether you are coming from Mah\u00f3n or Ciutadella, you will see the signs to the access road to Cala Galdana before entering Ferreries. Before arriving at this beach of Menorca, on your left you will see signs and a free parking. If you leave your car here, you will have to walk about 1km through a wonderful forest, downhill.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maybe the way back can be a bit tiring, as it is 20 minutes uphill, but it is certainly the best uphill route! A walk that will allow you to enjoy climbing a slope like never before, thanks to its spectacular oak forest and the remains of logging activity that was done in the area long ago, as silos in which coal was made, lime kilns, cattle huts &#8230; You can go discovering the history of Menorca if you read the information panels that you will find along the way, and we recommend you read them on the way back for two main reasons: one, to find a place on the beach as soon as possible and two, to make the return more bearable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">If you prefer, you can do the route by bike, in which case you have to follow the same directions as the road by car.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Another option for access is to use public transportation. There are three bus lines that stop near Cala Mitjana: line 51 Mah\u00f3n-Alaior-Mercadal, line 52 Ciutadella and line 53 Ferreries. If you choose this option, check the schedules and frequencies because they may vary from one season to another. During the tourist season they stop in Cala Galdana, very close to the parking lot mentioned above in Cala Mitjana. Also to access Cala Mitjana you have to walk a 1 km path, but you can walk through the oak forest, or walk from Cala Galdana along the Cam\u00ed de Cavalls, which starts from the viewpoint of Sa Punta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
