The similarities between Santo Tom\u00e1s and Son Bou are numerous: large white sandy beaches with turquoise waters, numerous services around and tourists at every corner. The only difference between the two: the small promenade that leads to the beach and that, here, runs under the pleasant shade of its pine forests.<\/p>\n
In this 520-meter long beach, the dunes stand out, over which there are a multitude of wooden walkways for their protection and conservation. Although it is a quiet and safe beach, it is exposed to the swell coming from the S and SW.<\/p>\n
On its coast we will find, day after day, a picture that remains unchanged during the summer months: people everywhere, a beach where you can’t fit a pin (much less try to spread a towel, because we anticipate that finding a place on the sand is going to be complicated), reddened tourists after hours in the sun, children running around you, couples playing paddle on the shore, sand castles to dodge and peddlers advertising their services “loudly” (they can rent you a hammock, sell you a towel or offer you a coconut to cool you down).<\/p>\n
And among this sea of stimuli, before you rises a calm sea of indescribable colors. A paradise that, at times, can go unnoticed among so much noise, but that, in spite of everything, and even with so much commotion included… the landscape is endearing, and is there anything more summery than this sweet chaos?<\/p>\n
